  • All bookings are subject to a $250 Refundable incidental fee, which is added to your final payment. This fee is refunded after your event, provided there is no damage to the venue or its equipment/supplies, and no overtime use.

THIS PACKAGE COMES WITH:

  • 6 hours of access to the venue (including setup and cleanup time). Note: There is no extra time for setup or cleanup.

  • up to 100 luxury ghost chairs

  • up to 10 round (60 inches) tables

  • 1 (8ft ) and 1 (6 ft) rectangular table for food

  • Extra 4ft, 8ft, or 6ft if needed for gifts, dessert, or anything else
